Interview
Honestly, I interviewed directly with another agent who wanted me on their team, not the broker. I think they will accept about anyone as long as you don't seem like you will cause legal issues or office drama.

No brainier if you have areal estate license you're hired think of the interview process more of a negotiation. You are trying to get the highest commission rate possible for yourself, they may try to tell you since they have the bigger name that you deserve a lower commission and they should get a higher cut of YOUR commission. Don't go for it people will work with you because they want to work with you point blank period it doesn't matter if you have a huge franchise behind you or a mom and pops shop. Don;t let the interview fool you, you will be paying your office fee just like everyone else you are basically paying the brokerage to employ you think of it that way and do not let them swindle you out of your hard earned commission.
