Working as a realtor is more of a independent contractor. It’s not necessarily an interview more get to know you because at the end your the one that pays them
I applied online. I interviewed at Coldwell Banker (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2020
Interview
Very straight forward, they go over numbers with competing brick and mortar companies. Up sell their in house offers like listing concierge. Ultimately it’s your decision to interview where you want to work if you’re a new agent be sure to ask how their mentoring program works because some of the offices are gatekeepers. Wasn’t my cup of tea but if that’s what you’re looking for do you.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Coldwell Banker (Boise, ID) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very pleasant. The Manager spent 2 hours with me going over in-depth details about the company, the people, the culture, the benefits, etc. It was very different from other big brokerages who treated me like a cog in the machine.
