Coldwell Banker interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews. In the first, it was to hear more about my background and education and I took an aptitude test to see if I would be a good fit for the position. The second interview was more about my knowledge of the position and the commercial real estate industry followed by an emotional intelligence test.

Fluid process. Very transparent about commission splits, front desk office time requirements, charity work for the community and administative process in the office relative to paperwork, invoice submission and marketing material provided.
