Coldwell Banker interview questions

Pretty straight forward interview, looking for experienced agent most of the time. Fees are higher than most brokerages firms. Name recognition is a plus when starting in the business or in a new city

They invited me to a face-to-face interview where I was informed that in order to analyse my skills for the job role, I needed to complete an assessment. Once I got home, I received an email congratulating me on making it to the second round and providing guidelines to complete the assessment. It has six tasks and 48 hours to complete. It was a tight deadline, and I had to work day and night in order to give my best when completing the assignment. I really wanted to work with the company after seeing its background. Once completed, I sent the files using cloud sharing software. It's been a month now to this date that they didn't even bother to open my files. (If they did, I get an email saying 'your files have been downloaded') . This is so unprofessional, wasting someone else's precious time. I could have used that energy and time of mine for something more useful. I'm really disappointed.
