Broker in charge was extremely professional and the interview was not at all just a sales pitch for Coldwell Banker. First I had to send my resume and then I was asked for an interview. Lots of questions about previous jobs and how I handled difficult times during my career.

Was asked to describe a time in my career where I made a mistake and how I handled it.
They were very friendly and easy going, they told me the story of Coldwell banker and the history behind the company, they also went into detail about the position and answered all my questions.

Interview process was casual while informative and welcoming. I found the manager to be very uplifting and helpful while remaining very thorough. Company culture was also an important highlight of the interview.
