I had one interview with the managing broker. She wanted to make sure I was good with computers and that I had the availability, and hours expectations she was looking for.
very fast. gave me the standard tell me about yourself talk with some small talk. they really just wanted to get to know me. within a few days, they called me to tell me I got the job

Interview
I was referred by a friend who was currently working at the front desk. I emailed my resume and scheduled an interview in the same day for the same week.
The interview was very brief, mostly questions about my availability and skills with Microsoft office. I was interviewed by both the broker and his assistant, and hired on the spot (they were trying to fill a position immediately).
