Interview
Interview process is very disorganized. No interview panel available ,no proper process. I had to wait for 2.5 hours just to attend a telephonic round. If it's a telephonic round why do you call candidates to your campus?
My first experience was even worser. They made me wait for 3+hours just to say that my skillset didn't match their job description.
My suggestions,
Shortlist a candidate by looking into their skillset with open eyes.
When you are calling a candidate for interview make sure your interview panel is active and available.
Telephonic round can be conducted regardless of the candidate's location. Calling them to campus just to attend telephonic round is a meaningless way of conducting an interview.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cognizant
Interview
Fresher. 2 rounds. Techincal interview and HR interview. Checked analytical skills and basic programming questions. All the questions were simple and were so easy to answer. Mostly a selection process than a rejection.
