After clearing AMCAT, they asked to come and attend interview.They unnecessarily wasted all of the candidate time. Telephonic Interview conducted just for name shake.The interviewer doesn't know the experience at all.Interviewer asked same questions for all candiadate. Upto my performance i did well, but without any valid reason they rejected.Not only for me almost all candidate like that.
