Cognizant came to my college to hire freshers . One has to clear a technical round followed by an hr round . Some basic coding questions like , how to print the pattern was asked in the technical round along with my projects and internships . After clearing the technical round they call for hr round , in which they basically check your communication skills .

Worst interview process...!! They do not know how to treat the employees..never attend the interview if there is a walkin drive. They just do not plan it..
