Cognizant Programmer Analyst Trainee interview questions

The aptitude test for Cognizant was the best in the industry as per the quality standards. All the questions were upto a certain level and even the interview was mostly technical.

First of all there was a presentation regarding Company Profile. Then an IQ test as well as technical skills test was conducted. Based on the performance in these two sections candidates were shortlisted for a personal interview. The Personal Interview was of 30 minutes.Questions were asked from Technical and HR sections.More emphasis were given on the HR part. Most of the questions in HR were regarding Leadership skills and Team work. I am just glad that I managed to perform to the best of my ability and finally got selected for the Job. A memory which will probably last till i live since it was my first P.I
