It is really quick and very transperant interview process at Cognizant. I love to work with Cognizant. There were total 3 rounds in total. One telephonic, two technical and HR.

Question 1
All technical questions related .Net architecture.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
