Interview was scheduled by one of HR talent Acquisition team, which have two rounds. Technical and HR. Technical is difficult took 40 minutes of time! 90% of questions will be asked from resume skill set and 10% of questions from job description.
After Technical, HR round about salary negotiation. Salary is depend on their policies.
Time taken for Interview process is 4 hours.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
