As a fresher i attended aptitude question as my initial round of interview. Once i got through that phase i was called for a technical interview where i was been questioned regarding my engineering background syllabus and was asked to write some small code snippets. I was also asked to showcase my communication, leadership and few other skills as part of my engineering life. After that round i was called for the next round of interview where i had to meet the HR where she asked me about my background. she also asked to tell what were my strengths and weakness and how i would overcome them. At work always listen to what your peers say to you. During meetings do not just keep quite and listen. if you have any knowledge about the topic kindly come forward an put forth your ideas.
