There was one Technical round which finished in 20-30min.it was not much complex.After 15days or so I got a call from HR and she said m taking your HR round.expectations were discussed and agreed upon. Even when on my last day i was asking for offer letter.I had contacts of 3 Cognizant HRs.one who scheduled,one recruiter and other who took HR round.I called them so many times and still no response.I have mailed them too.Then one day before my joining date ie 8th august another person calls me to ask if i am joining on 9th.I said i dont have offer yet and explained the scenario.but no use all are same.No offer letter nothing till the end.thankfully i had other offer to join.
