I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cognizant (Bengaluru) in Feb 2019
Interview
2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. The process is pathetic. I waited for 6 hours to give the interview. After that I cleared 1st and 2nd technical rounds and was informed to wait for HR round. After some time they told me I can leave for the day. Next day i got the mail that i got rejected. I still haven't figured out what the hell went wrong. This is completely ridiculous. They call for interview, waste your whole day and then just tell you are rejected without even giving any feedback. Poor management and very bad interview. Don't waste your time in applying for this company.

Interview
I had the pleasure of working with Valentina during the recruitment process for Zone. It was a very nice experience, Valentina is a great person, very friendly and professional.
She knows how to highlight the company’s strong points and she has a good eye for matching the candidates with the company’s culture. She always kept me informed about the progress and next steps, which is very important for candidates involved in a recruitment process.
Thank you Valentina and keep up the good work!

Question 1
CV based, mostly regarding my experience, technical questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2018
Interview
Approached by internal hiring team about internal vacancies.
Went through telephone screening and was asked to submit an open ended technical test.
I was mindful that I knew very little about the company, stack and their culture at this stage and this would be significant upfront investment from myself.
Luckily was able to submit a previous piece of work that matched the brief. Moved forward with great interview via video call.
Advised wouldn’t move forward as their setup wouldn’t meet my expectations. Which was refreshingly honest.
Mindful that the feedback could have preceded the technical screening.
Overall really positive, professional experience.
