Interview
I have 10 Years Experience in DevOps. Received the call through consultancy.. Saying it is scheduled. But i went today (1-Oct) i see 200+ candidates for different technologies.
After 30 min in the line, i finally entered floor.
Good Things :-
HR Team did manage the group very well
Handled the candidates interview in a proficient way
Technical round scheduled at 1PM. It did went very well. HR team asked me to wait for 2nd round of discussion.
Bad Things :-
Second discussion was Manager discussion. It was mostly on release Management, Release Plan and Release Strategies. As a person from pure technical background and having applied for DevOps Architect i felt all this discussion was Irrelevant to my domain,
Usually when i left interview i will either go out with one of the experience... Left Happy or with some new Learning (or) areas to improve. But sorry to say, first time i felt with no positive experience. And despite all positives since morning, i felt full with Negative impression
