Telephonic then Video conferencing. Asked about your area of interest and some basic statistics questions. 2-3 rounds of interviews are done with not so much drill down. Telephonic would cover basic understanding about your profile, interests, and area you have worked into. Second round would be about sas/excel/analytic.
