I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola FEMSA (Caracas, Distrito Capital) in Jan 2015

Interview

Primero me llamaron a una prueba, tipo ingreso universitario, con parte de análisis matemático y verbal. Posteriormente entrevista con RRHH y luego con el gerente del área. Entrevista con RRHH fue bastante básica, aspiraciones salariales, cómo me veía en 5 años, etc.

Interview with HR and HR management, panel assessment, skills and IQ testing. They really judge you on your personality tests, they like people with a high drive and those who do not match this are eliminated without getting a personal interview.
