ClickSoftware interview questions

I had interview in person two times till HR round, That was obvious that really they don't have budget for my expected CTC , I dont know why they have wasted my time :-(

It started with a general screening round, followed by one round of Technical Skype interview (as I was in a different location). Next, the HR called me at their Gurgaon office and set up another web interview - that lasted almost an hour, with the hiring panel from Bangalore. It ended on a positive note. However, three days later, when I asked for my feedback, I was told my profile was ON HOLD. When I enquired further, the HR informed me that the panel has decided to look someone who holds more years of experience - something of that sort. I mean, you waste the candidate's days, leave him stranded without timely feedbacks, and then end up saying the position is on hold! Unprofessional attitude. The HR and the panel should make it very clear from the start who or what kind of candidate they are exactly looking for.
