Clariant interview questions

It was a phone screen directly from hiring manager. I expected it to be more technical, instead it was all behavioral related. HM explained the requirements and introduced the company, and asked a few questions, also gave me a chance to ask questions. But only 0.5 h was booked, so the overall conversation was short.
