City Year Program Manager interview questions

Due to the intended start date, I only participated in the first interview. The first interview was a 30 minute phone-screen interview. It was very matter of fact, with the interview making no comments and cutting off responses to move to the next question. The focus of the interview was predominantly on identifying your strengths and weaknesses as an employee. I was invited to participate in a second-round interview the next day, which would have been in person.

The complete interview was a total of three step. They are the initial phone interview, then 2 other separate interviews (the next one more difficult than the one before). You have to do well on each interview. If not, then you do not move on.
