City Year interview questions

Over the phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, maybe more. There is a lot of silence in between questions because they take time to write down your answers after every question. So with the pauses in mind, the total speaking time is about 15-20.

I did a 30 minute phone interview. The interviewer did a good job of setting up the interview and took notes on a computer as I talked. They asked a lot of questions about what I thought of the job description.
