I applied online. I interviewed at City Year (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2020
Interview
The interview was a phone call with very basic entry-level questions. They asked questions like what your strengths and weaknesses were and gave situational questions and asked what you would do.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at City Year (Lon) in Feb 2020

Question 1
what qAsummsu mmsummsu mmsummsumms ummsummsummsummsummsu mmsummsumm
Very relaxed, interviewer had set list of questions to ask. Lasted 30 mins it was very focused on situational questions (what would you do..) and how you focus on self-care/manage stress because burnout is common. It was a phone interview so I was able to look at notes. Very focused on their values (there are 10 of them so be familiar), they asked me about one of them specifically and how it relates to my experiences. There is some pause between your response and when they ask the next question because they're writing it down but it's not that awkward.
Prior to my interview I scrolled on here and wrote down the questions that had been suggested and preparing for those took time but 100% worth it.
(can't remember word for word but): If a student has been performing well academically but suddenly they start to struggle right before an important upcoming test that will determine whether or not they pass the grade, what would you do?
