The interview will probably be over skype, and they tell you that they will be recording your responses on a computer. It is very difficult to get into a conversation with the interviewer, because they are literally just typing your responses the whole time. A lot of their questions are actually four or five questions all at once. I would either take notes or I would ask them to give you the questions one at a time. It can be frustrating to talk to someone who may not look up from their screen the whole time.

Question 1
Please describe your history working with students.
Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at City Year

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
