It was very long and initially the communication was spotty at best. I understand now why that was done. I interviewed with local board members, did panel discussions with staff, mixers with other employees and then I was flown to Boston HQ. I did 2 days of interviews which consisted of 1:1, panel, phone and an interview with the CEO.
