Interview
The Interview Process was rigorous. They ask both situational and personal experience questions. It last about 45 minutes to an hour. The interviewers were very nice and professional. This is probably one of the most in depth interviews I have had so far. I would have definitely prepared more for the situational questions. Glassdoor helped greatly in this process. I am currently serving a second year.

Interview
City Year really just wants to make sure that you aren't totally inept. The Corps is growing at a rapid rate, so their acceptance rate is rather high. Because of this, there are only two interviews that you'll go through.
