Tough as there are two rounds of interview with a panel of more than 5 people. It took a few weeks before i was called for interview. Alot of situational question such as handling difficult customers
Very organized and well structured process. Interviewers focused on assessing different skills, by asking targeted behavioral and role-specific questions, and provided additional context and details about the role. HR was responsive and quick at scheduling interviews.

They went from “Tell me about yourself” type of questions to more specific role related questions.
Interviewer was attentive, gave enough time for me to think before i answer the questions. Provide information about the position i was apply for and brief me on the working culture there.
