The first round was a system design round where they asked me to design facebook and questions on chosen technologies and approach. There were 2 interviews one of which was junior on VP level and another was senior on director level. They asked a lot of team management, delivery, CI /CD process related technical questions. Then they asked about team management style and gave me some scenario based questions. The next day the HR reached out and asked my salary expectations. However he did not invite me to next round. I kept waiting and followed up and then they suggested me a position in Belfast 1 level below ie VP level . I was a bit reluctant but still asked them to share the JD , to which again I got no answer. After 2 months my application was marked as process completed on their workday.
