F2F in person interview. Onsite. Talked to three different people individually. Had to wait a lot of time between each of them. Two of them were friendly and cared to listen to me. Last one was very dry and was looking to see if I match the predifined answers.
Tough as there are two rounds of interview with a panel of more than 5 people. It took a few weeks before i was called for interview. Alot of situational question such as handling difficult customers
Interviewer was attentive, gave enough time for me to think before i answer the questions. Provide information about the position i was apply for and brief me on the working culture there.
