I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied through career center. A week later, I was invited to interview on campus. Another week later, I had an in person interview with two current employees. Started off with basic walk-through questions, and progressed into more technical questions. Dug deep into answers asking to explain what implications certain actions had and whatnot.
Two rounds of phone interviews followed by two rounds of video interviews.
First phone interview is a phone screening that is quite easy.
Second phone interview is resume related.
Final round interview is conducted with several MD.
Most of the questions are standard behavioral and market related.
Be sure to have a quick mind.
I haven't been asked about technical problems like math.
No brainteaser.

Question 1
What product do you most want to long, and most what to short in 2016?
I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (Sídney) in Aug 2014
Interview
First online application. You would just submit Coverletter and CV as usual. I think its best to write coverletters based on "why choose citi". I believe its important to address why you chose this bank rather than any other banks other there.
Citi is perhaps the only bank that doesn't do internet aptitude test. Well, I wasn't sent any online test before my first round interview.
First round interview is simple and straight forward. They ask you several questions based on your CV and ask you how you work in a team etc. Really you can predict all the questions.
