1. Interviews were all structured 2. Interviewers were experienced and asked challenging questions. 3 different interviewers + interview with future boss. 3. Feedback was quick and comprehensive. Communication with recruitment team was quick too.

The interview process is typically 3-4 rounds with a focus on technical/architectural skills, functional and domain knowledge, stakeholder management skills, strategy, leadership and other general management aspects and cultural fit.
