Applied online, if you make it through the filters a HR agent will call you and ask you a few questions, if you continue a couple days later you'll have a Zoom interview with 5 people asking you questions of multiple topics (personal behavior, work experience, a technical question, interests, etc.), it lasted around 30 minutes, with the zoom call they decide whether or not you stay PD: Applied for this role in Mexico City

Question 1
I was asked questions about my interests and a single technical question "If we knew a recession would be happening in the next three months, what would be your advice for someone with a business?
They focus on your personal interests so try to show something that protraits your best features, I used reading as a hobby and showed them a few books
The superday consists of two behavioral interviews and one case study. Thirty minutes to prepare for the case study, 25 minutes for the presentation, and 25 minutes for the interviews.

In the case study, they asked about mitigation techniques for technology risks. All the material is there, so it's easy to understand the risks.

Interview
Simple and straightforward. Made the interview process very casual. Did not feel stressed nor worried and anxious. interviewers looking for your skills. If you know your stuff you will be fine.
