I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Citi (Taguig) in Mar 2023
Interview
It will start with an initial interview from the HR via phone call. Questionnaire to answers on their workday website. Final interview with the department you are assigned to, a panel interview with three different sets of questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Situational Questions - how to handle conflict within a team, how to present an idea, how to handle stress Technical questions - what do you know about the job Walk through your CV - work experience, about yourself
Very disorganized. There were 3 rounds of interviews (Recruiter said there would only be 2). Typical phone interview and team panel interview on Zoom. They accidentally rejected me so recruiter called week later to apologize for error and asked to move forward to final zoom interview. Senior leader didn't show up to final interview and so had to reschedule for next week. Got rejected again with no additional clarifying feedback. At least the recruiter got back to me and didn't ghost me.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Citi (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2025
Interview
Four interviews over two days with regional managers (London (EMEA), Florida (South America), Hong Kong (APAC), New York (North America)). Questions were predominantly competency based, as to be expected - A walkthrough of CV and background + questions about financial analysis work experience. Interviewers were very amicable. Took months to hear back from HR with a rejection note saying the role was no longer available...
