HR contacted after applying and scheduled interviews very quick. Hiring team was great and responsive.
Can't get HR to respond to any emails asking for a follow-up or any updates. Never spoke to HR on the phone until after the first round interview.

fairly relaxed, mixed competency based and getting to know. did not last very long 30-40 min. opportunity to ask questions as well.
Simple but structured
Panel style interview. Interactive. Roleplay.
Intentional. Flowed well with position. Best practices. Honest feedback from Panel. What sets you apart from others? Open forum style. Comfortable but intimidated
