there are 2 rounds, 1 st one is basic-mostly questions asked on your CV in detail also and they expect the answers in four stages like what is the titled name , what was the problems statement,what have you done, which skillset you used , what you learned from that. 2 nd interview is more core finance related, and will gave u a case study .

What is variance analysis, and how do you prioritize which variances to investigate?
My interview was average (not so hard) with some technical questions about financial planning and analysis with an specific approach to the stock market. Also they needed someone with basic-medium skills in excel.
