Why Citi? Why division? Tell me when you had to work hard to achieve...
It was not that hard because the final round included presentation, group exercises and etc
With group exercises, just don't try to hard but drop in some comments to show that you are able to communicate

What if the two people in your team get in a fight
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
