I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Citi in May 2015
Interview
The interview was straight forward and before a panel. They really try to make you comfortable with easy questions, before presenting the harder ones. There is really no indication of where the interview is going. It took about 30 minutes. There was a combination of vague and specific questions asked. You will be expected to be specific in your answers. They asked about things involving conflict resolution.
Earlier appeared for a walk in. After the first interview recruiter approached and scheduled 2 interviews with US team. Recruiters follow ups and feedbacks are very prompt. They are helpful and provide relevant information.
