I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Process was fairly efficient compared to other banks. I had 3 rounds of interviews before an offer was made. Onboarding took longer than it should, and it took a while to get access to all the systems I needed.

I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
I previouly worked at Citi. First a recruiter called from the US, we had a gòod coversation and she said I was the perfect match and would set up an interview with the HM within the week. Then another junior recruiter called a wèek later and spoke very unprofessionally, The conversation literally went this way.
JR: I'm calling from Citi. ( No name) What seats you had at Citi?
Me: (Confused) Apologise, I didn't understand the question, what do you mean by seats?
JR: (rudely) let me put it this way... How many positions did you have at Citi. how many times did you jump positions?
Me: i perviously held just one position at Citi. ( I described the position.)
JR : you did not have any other position?
Me: (Confused) Does my resume suggest I held any other position?
JR: No
Me: Perhaps you are looking at someone else's resume? (I gave my name)
JR : NO, I'll set up an interview with HM by the end of the week.
I asked her name and really thanked her for calling me, although I was taken aback by the exchange.
That was it. I was ghosted after that. I looked up linkedIn and found both the senior and junior recruiter, and followed up with an email to both, but they did not have the courtesy to respond.
I guess this is what defines Citi in 2023.
