Interview process is easy, they mainly use the basic who what how questions. Once hired and moving around in the company it will be the same questions as initial hiring

The interview process was pretty straightforward and quick. Most of it consisted of STAR questions so it would benefit to practice before your interview. After completion you will have to do the fingerprints and background check before you will receive the official offer letter.

A recruiter will call and go over the job and ask you a few questions. They advertised the job as remote/work from home. That is a lie. It is hybrid. They need to update their job description to not waste anyone's time.

Lengthy but the interview felt as if it was for customer service and that's not what this role was, "Client First Representative" but no one wants to talk to a creditor
