Citi Fraud Analyst interview questions

I was first contacted by a workday recruiter soon after applying. She had me answer some general questions over email. Then, a Citi Talent Acquisition Specialist emailed me to set up a Zoom Interview with the hiring manager. This went smooth and well until after the interview when no one followed up with me until I had to reach out twice for an update myself. Finally, three weeks and two failed attempts for an update later, I received a rejection email. The Citi recruiter at least tried to be helpful. Workday did not.
