Citi Developer interview questions

phone screen for about 30 minutes. A manager called me. He asked my background first, followed by some standard behavior and technical questions. He also told me that he will give a written test to me. Two days later, I was invited to on-site interview. The conversation was nice. I met the manager and four technical developers. One was asking tough questions, the other three were asking average difficulty questions.

Was called to come in for an interview. This was just for a paid internship. The policy at the time was if they didn't hire you fulltime with in a year of your internship then you were terminated. Yes I did see it happen. Even to good employees. The manager that interviewed me was very nice and was actually a great manager. He asked me if I wanted the job on the spot. I accepted.
