By far the worst and most frustrating I have experienced. The process went over 4 months. It is exhausting and they are just playing with you and heel dragging. I had 3 interviews in total. HR Reached out a few weeks after I applied. General HR questions and whatever the next step process she told me was fake like the time it takes and the people I will interview. 2nd interview was a panel with hiring manager and his colleague. One of them didn’t attend at all and the hiring manager interview me on technical sql question. Like a vocabulary test. What is join and different type of keys. After the Interview I didn’t hear back until 4 weeks later for a 2nd interview….. It seem bleak and I was pondering should I even take this interview. But since I have a hopeful personality I sent a list of dates and asked for the feedback for first interview. I just received an appointment with 2 people and didn’t get an answer to my question about the feedback for 1st interview. I went along and one of the 2 interviewers was 26 minutes late, extremely rude, and really just ended the interview after she came in for 3 minutes. She was just rambling about her tech issues and sort of greeted me but not really and said she will take the notes from her colleague. The interview was behavior and it was going great until she came in 26 minutes late. An hour after the interview was when HR responded that the 1st interview went well and told me they are still interviewing…… This is around the 3.5 months have pass… 1. HR was randomly booking appointments causing confusion. Both the panel interviews had 1 person joining. Very disrespectful or disorganized. 2. I am not sure if it is a real job or one of those ghost job posting because they do not seem to be actually hiring (I have interview with other roles from same company) or perhaps they are doing what other banks are doing like gathering a bunch of potential in case a role open up ( but truly a waste of time because they will forget you so they just doing that to seem busy and not get fire) 3. It was extremely frustrating, exhausting, and demoralizing going through the few citi jobs I applied too. 4. Either they are heel dragging looking for a unicorn or they are not really hiring. This job have been going over 4 months and still they are in the process of interviewing. (I truly doubt this role will take so long to find a talent). 5. I went to 3 interviews and I still haven’t received a rejection. Like other have said either the status of application get stuck with being review and never changing. HR seems to be a mess.
