Interview
First there is a phone screen where the hiring manager goes over some basic networking questions. If selected for onsite it will be a full day interview . Totally 6 rounds and each round for about 45 mins - 1 hour.

Entry level expectations are CCNA specific questions and some scripting,coding questions. Higher levels will be based on what is mentioned in the Resume and the Job description.

Interview
I applied online after going to a couple of campus recruiting events, I made sure to be near the front of the lines, attentive and talk to each person I could during each event. I was interviewed on campus a day or two later and then was flown out a week or two later for another interview.
I was interviewed by three different managers, first drilled me on math and technical stuff and the other two just talked to me and asked me questions about how I go about designing stuff.

Interview
I went to a college job career fair and talked to one of the engineer at the site for 30 min. because of work next day, I choose webex interview instead of site interview with another senior manager at Cisco.
