The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Ottawa, ON) in Mar 2019
Interview
Called and scheduled the interview. Introduced myself twice for different teams, tech questions, basic algorithm, linked list manipulation.
Interview goes in a very weird atmosphere. interviewers discuss their work loudly in front of interviewee. It is understandable that you are very proud of working here, but I did not see any other interviewers from other companies behave like that in an interview to show their superiority to the interviewee.
It feels like from the beginning of interview, they are trying to give you the reason of not hiring you. Are they trying to waste all of us’ time?
Very bad experience and bad impression.

Interview
I started the interview process in March and it took about three weeks. They first did a technical phone screen and then brought me in for an on-site interview. The interview lasted about 4 hours total with 4 rounds.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Feltham, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Stage 1: Codility: 3 tasks, 200 minutes, C++ (difficulty from easy to medium)
Stage 2: Webex interview with hiring manager and team: past experience questions, behavioral questions, Codility assignment review
Technical questions regarding Codility assignment were mostly about algorithms performance and not clearly stated (e.g., is it possible to improve the space complexity of this task?) and after all, they stated that "Familiarity with programming language was not strong as they are expected" given a fact that they didn't ask about language features and techniques. Very disappointed.
