Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. Questions were mostly about Camunda 8. Even though it was mentioned many times that I have experience with Camunda 7, the interviewer kept asking questions about 8. It felt like the interviewer didn't even know what he was actually talking about. Improve your hiring process.

My negative rating is due to the company radio silence after I handed my take-home exercise, even after nudging them and getting a promise from the recruiter that I would receive an answer. I consider normal to not get an answer during the application/resume review phase. However, after 2 interviews and a lengthy take-home exercise, it seems to me quite unprofessional to ghost the candidate. Recruiters have templates and it should take them less than a minute to send a negative answer. Another issue was bad video/audio quality, which is ironical given we used the company's own software. I don't give too much importance to this though, since it might have been an isolated incident. Phases: 1. Call with recruiter 2. Interview with manager, including coding exercise and behavioral questions 3. Take-home exercise
Well structured interview process . Each stage we will get idea on what should be asked for the next round. Total 3/4 rounds of interview . Out of this at least three round should be technical.
