I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco
Interview
The interview was quite straight forward with a lot of basic questions, like a situation where i had to convince a group of people on a certain course. I was also asked of any project i lead and successful it was, i mean the outcome of the project, how i sourced for the funds and how i was able to distribute the funds to different part of the project.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Róterdam) in Apr 2015
Interview
I attended an Inhouse day and was later called and told I was invited for the second interview round. This is a Skype like meeting of about 40 minutes. The third phase is a 2 minute video on your background and motivation/fit for Sales at Cisco. The 4th round is an assessment day. I was told to receive the decision on the video today, but I haven't yet and can not get in touch with the persons responsible, that is a minus.
