Was for an on campus interview. The interviewer was a 20 something guy who showed up 45 mins late, and was completely unorganized. At the end, I asked him what kind of career path I could expect, and he answered me by saying "don't expect any raises or promotions for a while."
I am assuming I got a bad egg as far as the interviewer went...
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Oct 2012
Interview
I submitted my resume to a recruiter at a career event at my school and was told immediately that I should schedule an interview. My interview took place the very next day, and it was a very straightforward process. My recruiter and my interviewer were both very nice and really helpful. Interview consisted of a few brainteasers, some analytical questions, and some personality based. Got an offer in 1.5 weeks.
