Multiple rounds and levels, 4 to 6 rounds depends on role. Basically one on one phone calls and video based.
Each round would involve specific topics like Business Knowledge, Cultural fit, skills, previous examples of accomplishments etc.

Cisco, you can and should do better. A company with your reputation ought to uphold higher standards of communication and professionalism.
