First phone screen interview with the recruiter - She was great in explaining the culture of the company and benefits that Cisco offers. She was based in Texas, but she knew the hiring manager and the team.
Next phone call through the WebEx with the Hiring manager. He basically explained what they were looking for and told me to walk through my resume.
Then they decided to call me for the onsite interview. I met with four people, and the meetings consisted of half hour with one person. It was more about knowing you, and what kind of experience you have in the past and they explained the type of work they are doing.
