I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Feltham, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Stage 1: Codility: 3 tasks, 200 minutes, C++ (difficulty from easy to medium)
Stage 2: Webex interview with hiring manager and team: past experience questions, behavioral questions, Codility assignment review
Technical questions regarding Codility assignment were mostly about algorithms performance and not clearly stated (e.g., is it possible to improve the space complexity of this task?) and after all, they stated that "Familiarity with programming language was not strong as they are expected" given a fact that they didn't ask about language features and techniques. Very disappointed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cisco (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
The company mostly hired through recruiting companies. Initial interview is arranged through remotely using Video services. if they feel than call per face to face interview. Finally; there is very tedious step if you are promise to hire which "BACK GROUND" check.
Make your you should not hide or lie any information in your resume.
